You can book a room online (to get started just click on the "Check Now" button under "Check Room Availability" located on the upper right side of every page of this website.) Reservations made in this manner are real-time and CONFIRMED at the time of the transaction. 

You can email us by clicking on the "Contact Us" link, selecting "RESERVATION" as the subject of the email and filling in the form. 
Email reservation requests require a major credit card and are NOT processed real-time which means that they are UNCONFIRMED at the time you submit your email. 
Once we receive your email we will check our records for openings then email you back.  If we have an available room on the date you requested the email reply from us will confirm that your reservation has been made.  If we do not have any available rooms then that email reply will inform you of that.

You can call our reservations desk at 1.800.398.9770 (that number can also be located at the top of every page of this website) in order to make real-time, CONFIRMED reservations. 

You can fax your reservation request to 1.209.966.5021.  Be sure to include your name and contact information, as well as the dates requested, the number of people to be staying and credit card information.  If we require further information we will contact you. Fax reservations are not real-time and are UNCONFIRMED at the time of facsimile transmission. Confirmations are made only after availability can be verified and the reservation actually made.
